Provided conceptual master planning and schematic architectural design for land use permitting including a zoning district change as well as DRI application to the Cape Cod Commission.
The project contains 25% affordable housing units with priority to Sandwich residents as well as disabled veterans. The residential portion is being permitted as a Local Initiative Program through DHCD.
